Abstract: We propose a system for the analysis of user generated video (UGV). UGV often has a rich camera motion Structure that is generated at the time the video is recorded by the person taking the video, i.e., the “camera person.” The segmentation provides a video summary with unique properties that is useful in applications such as Video annotation. Camera motion is also a powerful feature for identification of key frames and regions of interest (ROIs) Since it is an indicator of the camera person’s interests in the scene and can also attract the viewers’ attention.

We propose a new location-based saliency map which is generated based on camera motion parameters. This map is combined with other saliency maps generated using features such as color contrast, object Motion and face detection to determine the ROIs. In order to evaluate our methods we conducted several User studies.

Abstract: The most common computer authentication method is to use alphanumerical usernames and passwords. This method has been shown to have significant drawbacks. For example, users tend to pick passwords that can be easily guessed. On the other hand, if a password is hard to guess, then it is often hard to remember.

To address this problem, some researchers have developed authentication methods that use pictures as passwords. In this paper, we conduct a comprehensive survey of the existing graphical password techniques. We classify these techniques into two categories: recognition-based and recall-based approaches. We discuss the strengths and limitations of each method and point out the future research directions in this area.

We also try to answer two important questions: “Are graphical passwords as secure as text-based passwords?”; “What are the major design and implementation issues for graphical passwords”. In this paper , we are conducting a comprehensive survey of existing graphical image password authentication techniques. Also we are here proposing a new technique for graphical authentication.

A "smart camera" is basically a video camera coupled to a computer vision system in a tiny package. This communication begins stating the main differences between smart cameras and standard smart vision systems. A smart camera architecture is described whereby a combination of an onboard microprocessor
and PLD’s allow for the embedding of image processing algorithms in the camera. A static thresholding algorithm is presented which demonstrates the ability to track non-uniformity in the inspection target. A multi camera inspection system application is presented where a maximum of twenty smart cameras may be networked together to a single host computer. Finally, a prediction is made of technological and applicational future evolution on smart cameras.

The Smart NoteTaker provides taking fast and easy notes to people who are busy one's self with something. With the help of Smart NoteTaker, people will be able to write notes on the air, while being busy with their work. The written note will be stored on the memory chip of the pen, and will be able to read in digital medium after the job has done. This will save time and facilitate life.

The Smart NoteTaker is good and helpful for blinds that think and write freely. Another place, where our product can play an important role, is where two people talks on the phone. The subscribers are apart from each other while their talk, and they may want to use figures or texts to understand themselves better. It's also useful especially for instructors in presentations. The instructors may not want to present the lecture in front of the board. The drawn figure can be processed and directly sent to the server computer in the room. The server computer then can broadcast the drawn shape through network to all of the computers which are present in the room. The product will be able to sense 3D shapes and motions that user tries to draw. The sensed information will be processed and transferred to the memory chip and then will be monitored on the display device. The drawn shape then can be broadcasted to the network or sent to a mobile device.

     In this paper I come before with a new model of based on Electro-Oculography which uses Electro-oculogram Bio potential amplified signal to control computer.I also discuss its implementation details, including software and hardware design.
    As my contribution to this paper I introduce a new keyboard design, some modifications in design to overcome the drawbacks in existing model.

Abstract: Textiles are used in everyday life, for example as garment to protect ourselves from heat or cold, fabrics covering the surfaces of floors, or the upholstery of car seats.On the other hand electronic devices are spreading – but still some people do not have the knowledge to use them. Some have reservations about these devices. So the next step to spread these electronics is to improve the user interfaces. If an electronic device is integrated in things we already use it is easier to accept.Smart textiles could offer improved interfaces and make it easier for the user to accept electronic devices in everyday life.

Large area textiles could be used outside for drainage and irrigation in agriculture, in buildings sensor systems within textile reinforced concrete could be used to detect cracks after earthquakes. Another possibility of use could be sensors that control air conditioning or electronics that are used as guiding systems in case of emergency. Industrial textiles with electronics may prevent breakdowns due to abrasion of conveyor bands.
